slow tuesday may 28th

Today was quite slow at work today, so I was able to get almost everybody to wear the glasses. The first table was in a hurry to get to the movies so they ate their pasta at record speeds. I hope they come back and actually enjoy their pasta next time. There was a birthday in the house and everybody had a good time. Thanks to everyone who participated. Jayme's Visit to Manly

It's probably been 4 years since I have seen my friend Jayme. It was so great to have her visit me in Manly. Sorry that the weather was not as nice as it usually is!!!! Come back and visit any time :) Thanks for all the yummy goodies!!

Manly to Spit Bridge walk

The weather was beautiful so I decided to do the walk from Manly to Spit Bridge again. This time I wore shoes because I didn't want to risk cutting my foot, like I did 10 days ago. I did the walk with 2 people from couchsurfing. It was really a great walk and the weather was perfect for it. Later at night I went to my friends' good bye. back in manly may 19th

I came back to Manly on Saturday and had a crazy busy day back to work. I wasn't able to get any pictures at all on Saturday. Then it was busy again on Sunday. Not as busy at it was on Saturday, but I had 4 waitresses working with me. Today I just had one, so it was busy. I wasn't able to get photos till the end of the night when it quieted down. Something happened tonight which I havent seen before and it was quite cool. Someone at a table paid for his table and the table next to him. Melbourne

I decided to take a couple of days off of work to visit Melbourne. I have a really good friend of mine who lives there and it has been a year and a half since we saw each other. I bought my glasses a month after she left Korea, so she has seen so many photos of the glasses on everybody else and wanted her photo taken as well. Unfortunately, I didnt get to. That means we'll just have to meet up again! I met some awesome couchsurfers while I was there. It was great to meet everyone. I had a great time in Melbourne despite the terrible weather the first two days. It had a great feel, great shopping, great people and great European style architecture. Ill def visit again when the weather is warmer. I was def very happy to get back to Manly on Saturday and go to the beach with my t-shirt, shorts and flip flops.
