Peacocks 2

In the morning I went to check out a new bagel place in Prague, Bejgel.  The pastrami sandwich was really good, but quite pricey.  Luckily I have an app where I can get a lot of items 1+1, so that was the case with the bagels.  I will happily return to the place, but only when I have the discount. I met with another friend and her baby and she suggested we go to Wallenstein Garden.   They also have peacocks, but it is a lot more touristy plus they have an albino peacock. We wanted the girls to crawl around in the grass, but a security guard told us that the girls couldn't crawl around.  We were quite surprised because it wasn't in the main area. We were by the trees and off to the side, but we still had to get our girls off of the ground. So for the second day in a row, I went back to the other peacock park. Amaya was happy and the girls were able to crawl around wherever they wanted to.  It was a nice day!

Peacocks

I met a friend for lunch and she suggested we go to a park with a lot of peacocks.  I used to go to the park a lot before Amaya was born, but hadn't since I gave birth to her last year. Amaya LOVED the peacocks. She made a cute noise anytime she saw them.  It was such a beautiful spring day!

Birthday Twin Picnic

Amaya has a birthday twin that is just 6 hours older than her.  She met him at Mala Okinawa, the baby class Amaya goes to whenever the date works out for us. The family was in Japan for his birthday, so when they came back they organized a last minute birthday picnic at a park.  A friend of the mom's stopped by randomly and made some balloon animals for the kids.  The first two requests were new ones for the guy.  He had never made a monkey or a penguin before so it took him a while to figure it out, but he did a great job.  I wanted to think of something unique for Amaya, but all I could think of was a parrot.  Next time I'll be prepared, I'm going to ask for a peacock! I'm sure that will be a really cool and complex one.
