Global Flavors with Dario: Philippine Classics (Edition 2)

We had another fantastic cooking class with Dario.  He taught us so much with not so internationally known Filipino dishes.  We had three courses.  The appetizer was tofu sisig, the main was pansit palabok and the dessert was ginataang bilo bilo. Everything was delicious and it was so great to make and try some new dishes. Everyone left happy and full.  Thank you Dario for a great class, Jerry for hosting and everyone who came!  See you at the next class!
