Enoshima Aquarium

It was very hot this past Saturday and I had a chance to go to Enoshima for work, so I took the opportunity to do so.  We walked around Enoshima Island and went to the aquarium.  It was a great day to be by the ocean!  I think I'll try to go to Enoshima at least one more time before I leave next month.

Picnic at Yoyogi park

My original plan for Sunday was to go to the Giants baseball game, but the tickets I would've been able to get were standing tickets.  Since I went on a big hike the day before I didn't feel like standing for a full baseball game.  Instead I had a picnic at Yoyogi park.  The weather was great and it was a nice day to have a picnic.  One of my co-workers brought one of his guitars and played some music.  Another girl brought a large jump rope, so we did that and even got 4 people jumping at the same time.  I brought a frisbee and cards, so we enjoyed those as well.  It was a nice picnic.  I would like to do one more before the rainy season starts.

Hike to Mt. Odake

My co-worker was going hiking with some people and invited me to go along.  The hike was really great.  The views were beautiful and the weather was just right.  Unfortunately we didn't get to see Mt. Fuji, but overall it was an amazing day.  Thanks for the day everyone.  I had a great time with you all!

Festival in Asakusa

I should've posted this a while ago, but I got sidetracked.  2 Saturdays ago I went to the biggest Matsuri(festival) in Japan.  There were lots of people and it lasted 2.5 days.  My friends and I also went to a tall building nearby for some drinks.  We got to enjoy some great views of the area.  It was a good day.
