I found a study Charles University was doing on dyslexia. They needed babies from 3-7months of age and since Amaya fit that age range, I decided to have her participate in it. I scheduled a time and date and little did I know it would be the first real snow of the season. It was the first time I went walking with the stroller in snow. I had to adjust a little bit, but overall it was fine. I think Amaya was surprised with all the white around her. We needed to go to the center of the city. When we arrived to the building, the researcher's assistant needed to help me with the stairs. Once we were in the room, Amaya and I were placed in a sound proof room. I had to wear headphones and Amaya was listening to some sounds and shown some pictures. It lasted for just 10 minutes and then she was done. They gave her an honorary Bachelor's and let her wear a cap. They gave her a book in Czech and a 500czk voucher for Rohlik after Leos had to fill in a questionnaire online. It was pretty simple and she'll probably participate again two more times for the same study when she is older. I'm curious to what the results will be!
