We had an exciting Filipino cooking class with a chef with a ton of experience. If you're a foodie in Prague, then you definitely know the restaurant Mlynec, which is part of the Zátiší group and has recently been Michelin Guide Czech Republic 2025 Recommended! One of the chefs humbly chose to have a class with our group! We had the opportunity to learn some amazing things with the highest qualified chef we've had for a class. You know he's gotta love cooking and is truly passionate about it if he wants to spend his free time cooking!! On the menu we had chicken lumpia (Filipino Spring Roll) as the appetizer, pork kare kare as the main and ube flavored sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves as dessert. Everything was amazing!!! The flavors worked so well together and it was great to see how a top level chef works. I'm hoping that we will be able to have another class with Dario in the near future! Thanks to those who participated! I hope you had a wonderful time!
