Since I only passed by the Amish store the night before, I had to go inside the next day to check it out. They didn't have as many Amish things as I was expecting and the prices were a bit high. During my university days, I met a few Amish and Mennonite families. One Mennonite family gave me the most delicious recipe for pineapple zucchini bread. It was such an experience meeting them. After the store, we went to a restaurant at Barefoot Landing for some lunch. Leos and I met with another trader who wanted to ask him some questions and go over some trades and charts. I was able to get a po-boy sandwich, something I have never had before. Plus we got hush puppies, another southern dish I have never had before. Both were good, but there were too many fried things for lunch. After lunch we walked to the beach, but it was a bit too cold, so we went back to our accommodation to relax for a bit before the big party. Mark Minervini rented out the whole House of Blues in Myrtle Beach for his 60th birthday bash. It was incredible! There were so many people there. The drinks were flowing and there was so much food. Later in the night, Mark played the drums with the band. It was a cool birthday celebration. It was so nice to meet everyone and I was even able to get the birthday boy to wear the glasses. Happy 60th birthday Mark!!! Thanks for the invite and the hospitality!
