Finally, the sun was shining on our last day in Myrtle Beach. We woke up much later than the other days because of the party the night before. There were clear skies and it was the perfect day to walk along the beach. Even though it was sunny, we still had to wear our winter jackets. We made our way back to the boardwalk, so we could get some fried pickles and a footlong hotdog. The pickles were so greasy! We didn't need to eat anything after sharing that meal. We took advantage of the sun and just enjoyed the rest of the day walking along the beach. Our flight to Fort Lauderdale was the next day and we missed the snow in Myrtle Beach by 12 hours!! It was only the second time it's snowed in 20 years!!!! I am so very thankful that we missed the snow because I do not know how the airport would've handled the planes and people driving in the snow would've been a mess as well.
