Our original plan was to go to Germany after spending the night at Leos's friend's place in Klatovy. However, just before making a reservation at an accommodation, I realized that we might need identification for Amaya to travel to another country. Sure enough, a birth certficate wasn't enough. We needed to get her an ID card or a passport. Since we wouldn't have time to do that before our mini trip, we decided that we would just have to stay in CZ. We chose to go to Sumava because it was nearby and Leos and I haven't been there together. We were advised a nice path for strollers. The path led to the largest natural lake in the Czech Republic. It was a great path because there was a lot of shade. Again it was a hot day so being in the shade was necessary. I was looking on Google maps for places to eat lunch nearby and I came across Borukovy Dum. It had a lot of great reviews. I'm not the biggest fan of sweet lunches in CZ, but I thought that we should check it out. Oh my goodness, it was amazing. I regret the fact that Leos and I shared a plate. We each should've gotten our own plate like everyone else. I would highly recommend this place if you are ever in the area. I would definitely go back. Then we went to cafe that was recommended to us. I don't think we made the best decision with our order because I felt the blueberry dumplings that we had for lunch were far superior to what we got at the cafe. After the cafe we headed home. However, since it was a pretty hot day, Amaya cried several times for a feeding. We had to make two stops for her before we got home. Overall it was a really wondeful day.
