Since the weather was so nice for the beginning of August, we decided to go to a lake that had some sand areas. It was so nice to lay on sand and relax in the sun. A lot of people had the same idea, so the area was very crowded. The downfall of the lake was that there was squishy mud on the bottom and the lake was not that deep, so it was very easy to step in the black mud. The next day I was invited to have some homemade Russian food, so of course I couldn't miss the opportunity to try it. Everything was so delicious and it was a fun night. I am looking forward to the next dinner!
