It was quite a hot week in Czech Republic, so we decided to escape the heat in Prague and go to Trebic. It's so nice being able to enjoy my in-laws' garden and what it has to offer. We were in Trebic just a month ago and all the fruit that I could picked has changed. It was great being able to stuff my face with delicious blackberries that were ripen by the sun. I was very busy making fruit leather because I wanted to take advantage of the heat and all the fruit I had available. My sister in law invited me to her house so I could take Amaya to her salt water pool. Little did we know that we were going to a birthday party for a girl who turned 7 years old. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the cool water and have Amaya enjoy the pool for the very first time! She didn't cry and seemed to really enjoy it. There was even a well known Czech UFC fighter there. That was quite a surprise. I don't watch UFC, but I recognized his face. He was pretty nice and of course I had to get him to wear my glasses. He was a bit hesitant, but then agreed. Thanks for being a good sport! It was a lovely weekend in Trebic!
