My friend Livie has a professional kitchen and I have been helping her organize events. Her first theme party idea was a wedding cake and tapas event. She needed to practice making a wedding cake for a bride later this month. The bride wants a rustic cake and asked several questions about the creme being refrigerated or not, so Livie wanted to practice. She had some of her chef friends help make the tapas. There were lots of nice people who attended and it was nice meeting new people. Livie will be having more theme events in her kitchen, so I'm looking forward to what the next events will be.
