The day started off to a great beginning when I got to borrow a kid's sled and try sledding for the first time on the plastic sit down sleds. It was so much fun! Then I went on a nice walk around the city to see the snow covered roofs. Next we went to an area that had several interesting statues. In the afternoon I met with my friend Laura for our Galentine's Day tradition. I met her for the first time at a Galentine's event and for the past two years I have organized an event for the day. However, due to covid I didn't want to organize anything this year. Instead, Laura and I ate Chinese food (for the lunar new year) for lunch and made some sweets to share. It was great to catch up and hang out on our friendaversary. She even gave me a cute plant!
