ginza
My friend and I walked all around Ginza and even shopped at the biggest UNIQLO in Japan. It was VERY big!!! 12 floors of goodness!! In the evening we met up with 2 more of my friends at an awesome buffet. It was all you can grill meat and booze for 3,000 yen. Pretty good!! Apparently the bartender from the buffet is a reggae artist. So, it was good to get his photo as well. After dinner we walked around to see the lights and we walked by a couple who just got married. I thought it would be a perfect photo opportunity. They were great sports. Thank you so much for participating! Congratulations on your marriage!! couchsurfing meeting
I decided to go to a couchsurfing meeting because I havent been to one in a while. While I was taking photos of people, someone informed me that a Japanese magazine may have stolen one of my photos for their November issue. I have yet to confirm if they have done so. If this is true, I am very angry because I take these photos for fun and do not make any money from this. If anybody wants to use any of my photos for media, they must get permission from me. Jerk No. 1
So, my friends and I tried to go to Shinjuku park, but we got there too late. So, instead we found this little spot called Jerk No.1 We hung out there for a bit and got some free "welcome" food. Couchsurfing Event....walking around ueno
I had no plans for the weekend, which was a first since I got to Japan, so I decided to check out if there were any events for CS and there happen to be one. We all met near Akihabara and walked to Ueno. We were guided by a very friendly local and had a good time exchanging travel stories. Thanks for the day guys.
