With so much rain going on this week, the mountains have been looking very beautiful these days. And with it being autumn right now and the leaves are changing colors, the image is even better. The World Cup is coming up so people have been really excited here in Santiago. There were 2 friendly matches Team Chile played last week. The first was against Egypt where they won 3-2 and the game that I was able to watch at an Irish pub with some friends was against Northern Ireland. Chile won 2-0. It was a great game and the Northern Irish goalie did an amazing job saving goals, but Chile was finally able to score the last 2 goals with around 15 minutes left of the game. I shouldve taken more photos at the pub, but I was a bit tired from working all day. Thanks to those who participated. Looking forward to the first REAL game of the cup for Chile which will be on the 13th against Australia.
