My friend has a professional kitchen and she has two chefs (1 professional and 1 home cook) that will soon be teaching classes. They needed to test the kitchen out to see how things work and I was lucky enough to be a taste tester. Everything was delicious. The professional chef (25 years experience) was able to whip up dishes so quickly and they tasted AMAZING!!!! I really liked the marinated pork and the dessert. Unfortunately the photo of the dessert doesn't do the taste justice. It was so nice to be able to have restaurant quality food again! Things are starting to open up again in the Czech Republic, so that's great!!
