Since we were flying out in the evening, we decided that it was best to stay in town for the day. First we went to the bus terminal to drop off our stuff in the lockers. We paid only 2 euros for the WHOLE day for all of our bags. It was a great place to drop off our stuff because the bus terminal wasn't too far of a walk to the airport. Once we were free of our bags, we wandered around the city. The weather wasn't the best, but it wasn't going to stop us. We only went to bakeries the whole day because there were so many pastries we wanted to try, plus we didn't want to spend too much time at a restaurant. While walking around, we even walked by the prison. We couldn't take any pictures near the prison. After our day of wandering around, we went back to the bus terminal to gather our belongings and went to a cafe to wait for the rain to lessen. Then we walked to the airport and had to board our plane. Luckily, we went on the airplane early because we were able to move to the emergency row and sit next to each other. It was a great way to end our lovely summer holiday.
