My friend invited me to a workshop she found while browsing for events in Praha. The "I Am Remarkable" workshop had the aim to "1. Improve the motivation and self-promotion skills of women and underrepresented groups 2. Change social perceptions and refresh the conversation around self-promotion". I feel that women definitely need a bit of a push to self-promote so that is why I decided to join the event. There was a nice group of women who joined the event and the presenters did a great job leading the workshop and discussions. It was really nice to hear everyone's experience and perspective on things. Everyone is remarkable in their own way and at times we need to remind ourselves just how remarkable we are. Thanks to everyone who participated in my blog. If I wrote down the wrong nationality for you, please tell me. Unfortunately some of the photos weren't as focused as I would want them to be. It was a great event and hopefully we will some how meet again in the future!
