I saw an article stating that there would be Christmas markets in Brno. I told my boyfriend we had to go to them when we visited his hometown since Prague wasn't going to have Christmas markets due to Covid. There were four Christmas markets around Brno. We made sure to visit all of them. The stalls had a LOT of space in between them and were not crowded at all. December 23rd was the last day of the markets and thats the day we went to them. We bought half of a HUGE pear kolač and it was DELICIOUS!! I bought a small souvenir and we also bought a gold pig ornament to put on our tree. After walking around the city we went to the main church. There were decorated Christmas trees inside the church. We really enjoyed our day in Brno (pictures are not in order).
