In the Czech Republic, May 1st is like their "Valentine's Day". Couples are supposed to kiss under a blossoming tree, and if possible at Petrin hill. I have never celebrated May 1st, but this year I did. I received a very beautiful box of flowers and macarons. The colors of the flowers were so nice that I dried them so I can keep them for a long time. The macarons were delicious. We made sure to go to Petrin hill to see the beautiful blossoming trees. It was very nice.
