On our first full day, Leoš and I first walked to the beach. It was nice to have the sand between our toes and test out the water. It was COLD! We walked along the coast to get to Santa Maria. We walked to the pier to see what the fishermen caught for the day. Then we walked to the Shell Cemetery beach. On our way, we saw an outdoor gym. It was nice to see what the locals made for a gym with simple materials. Some of the items were quite heavy and would make for a good work out. At the Shell Cemetery Beach it was so interesting to see all the shells that were there. There were so many of them! Afterwards, we walked back to the hotel and ate at an Asian Buffet. It was nice. Then we watched a show the staff of the hotel had. It was quite entertaining. (Pictures are not in order.)
