My day started with a nice hike in Divoka Šarka. For lunch we went to a great Georgian restaurant I have been meaning to try for some time. In the afternoon we went to a blueberry field that I have been going to for the past 2 summers to pick some delicious Canadian blueberries. There are certain times of the season where people are allowed to pick the blueberries on their own. It wasn't that time yet, but I messaged the field telling them that I have been to the field for the past 2 summers and my friend from USA was visiting for the week and would like to experience picking the blueberries. The owner was really nice and told me that we could pick the blueberries if we also bought some. We had a nice time picking the blueberries and I ended up buying 2 kilos of the delicious berries. It was so much easier to pick the Canadian blueberries than the forest blueberries. Both berries are delicious, but the tiny forest berries stain your hands while you pick them and the Canadians don't. For dinner we went to a vegan restaurant I have been meaning to try for a long time and it was FANTASTIC. We were all surprised at how good the meal was and were shocked that the meals were vegan. The pate was delicious and my carrot risotto was AWESOME! It was such a nice and busy day!
