Beaches, shipwreck, and turtle laying beach

In the morning we went to check out some sea caves that were really beautiful.  Unfortunately in the area the waters were a bit rough and it wasn't really possible to swim.  We randomly drove around and found a great place to actually get in some open caves.  Then we wanted to try a restaurant that was next to a shipwreck.  However, it was closed so we had to go to a different restaurant.  Next to the restaurant I saw lots of banana trees.  I had no idea that they grew bananas in Cyprus.  Then we wanted to go to a beach where turtles lay their eggs.  The road to get to the beach was REALLY bad and we were quite nervous about getting a flat tire.  Once we got to the beach, we saw all the turtle nests that were being protected.  We thought we might be able to see some turtles swimming at the beach, but not a chance.  The water was not clear and there were too many waves.  It was a bit of a let down because of how much effort it took us to get to the beach.  We couldn't expect everything to go our way!
