We decided to take the local shared vans because I was used to this kind of transport when I was living in South Africa. Its cheap and they pick you up and drop you off any where on the main road. We were lucky and got to sit in the front. The amount of water we saw on the roads was crazy!! Since the weather was fine we decided to walk from the main road to the beach. It was really interesting to see the way to the beach. We passed by cows and lots of friendly people. Once we got to the beach village, our accommodation was super close. We checked into our room and immediately went to the beach. The weather was great and we were happy! (Especially because it wasn't raining and the forecast said it would rain) It amazed us how many cows were on the beach. There were definitely more cows than humans on the beach. It was crazy! We decided to just eat a late lunch/early dinner at the hotel. Leoš got his beer and I got 2 fresh coconuts from a tree at the hotel. It was great and a nice first day at the beach.
