I met up with two more people to join the roadtrip. I picked them up in the morning and we were on our way. First I stopped at a nice small waterfall. Then I found a place where we could hike to a waterfall in the mountains. Then we went to the coast and walked on a black sand beach. However, the weather was really bad the whole day. It was rainy and cold, but I had to make most of the little time I had. Then we found an inactive volcano that we could go to the top of and actually saw a double rainbow. It was very nice. The views all around were very beautiful. The last stop of the day was Stykkishólmur that had a ferry to go to the fjords. Unfortunately the ferry ran only once a day and we didn't get there in time. We called it a day and hiked around the lighthouse. The sunset was very beautiful that night. The harbor master was really nice and gave us a lot of advice on what we could do the next day.
