A couchsurfer told me about an awesome art installation that was made in the outskirts of Hurghada. The images on google of the place were amazing and I really wanted to see it. He made an event and other people joined. Unfortunately it was very windy and soooo cold because of the wind. However, it was really cool to see the art installation and see that it has held up for 20 years. Not a lot of locals in Hurghada know the place, so I was really happy to see it. It was a nice and relaxing day.

ReplyDeleteWhat an incredible art-in-nature story! The installation at Desert Breath is not only visually stunning but also a testament to Egypt’s creative spirit. When planning your next stop in Cairo, I’d recommend taking a stroll through Khan el khalili bazaar — the rhythmic alleyways and local craftsmanship continue that blend of history and artistry in everyday life. Thank you for sharing this unique gem!
