where is bus 418?

late monday night while i was walking back home a guy frantically asks in spanish with a very strong accent where the bus stop for bus 418 was. since i took it the day before i knew exactly. i told him and then asked if he was from brazil. he said yes. i asked what city. he said rio. i told him that i was going there on friday. he asked if i had a place to stay yet. i told him that i was still looking. he told me that i could stay at his apartment because he wont be there until sept 28th(ill already be back in chile) and that his sister could give me the keys. i was a bit skeptical because i JUST met him on the street but i gave him my email address when we parted ways. the next day i met him for coffee to verify. he said it was totally fine for me to stay at his place. then i got to hear him and his friends play a little bit of music.  it was great. then last night i spoke with his sister and she is going to meet me on saturday to give me the keys and show me around rio!!!!!!! people like this exist in the world?!!!!!!! soooooo amazing!!!!! i just cant believe it!!! and all because i knew where the bus stop was and i could tell he was from brazil!!!  thank you sooooo very much for your hospitality!!!!  i really and truly appreciate it!!!!!!  have fun traveling in chile and argentina!!!  you will definitely have AMAZING karma while traveling!!!!!  i hope that you get to play music with a bunch of locals along the way.
