My friends and I decided to go to some hot springs near by and camp for the night. It was a 2 hour bus ride from Merida. Once in the town we had to to hire a jeep to take us to the beginning of the trail. Once there we had to hike up a steep hill. It would have been an okay hike, but it was a bit difficult because we had to bring all our stuff for camping up the steep hill. The views were wonderful. Once we got to our camp ground, we set up camp and went to the thermal waters. It was wonderful. It was very natural. They just had to make a stone wall to keep the water in. It was a great day. The moon and stars at night were amazing. It was such a great trip. Thanks guys!!
