apple bread and red wine beef

Since no one was in the kitchen this morning I was able to do some baking.  I decided to bake apple bread.  It was my first time making it but it turned out pretty good.  Then in the afternoon I went on a boat tour, which will be explained about in the next post.  For dinner I was lucky enough that my friends were making a HUGE meal and I was able to join them.  They made red wine beef.  It was delicious.  It was a fun chill evening and I was able to learn some bad cantonese words (poke eye).  Quite a successful evening, haha!
