Kalma Resto cocina de autor

I met a girl who was writing an article for the magazine that LAN gives to its passengers.  The title, once published, will be 48 hours in Ushuaia.  Since she was writing the article, she was able to enjoy the perks of what to do in Ushuaia.  I decided to join her for one of the meals she had.  We went to a restaurant called Kalma.  Their facebook page can be found here:   https://www.facebook.com/KalmaResto    The owner, Jorge, was super nice and passionate about his food.  It was so great to see a chef so passionate in what he does.  You can tell by all the details he puts into every single dish.  The food was absolutely amazing.  He takes great care in all the fresh ingredients he uses.  My friend and I were able to try 10 different dishes and this was after an asado!!!  We didnt care how full we were, we just kept on eating!!!  And the desserts, wow!!!!!!   The white wine that accompanied the meal and the port that accompanied the desserts were perfect! Everything was out of this world.  It was the best food I have ever eaten at a restaurant and this was found at the end of the world, haha!
