pineapple zucchini bread

I went to my friends´ house after work to teach her how to make pineapple zucchini bread.  However, before teaching her how to make the bread she made lunch for us.  Once again I ate very well at her house.  Last time I was at her place she made sushi and pot roast.  She is a wonderful chef!  So after our delicious meal I taught her how to make the bread.  She didnt have vanilla so we substituted the vanilla for orange zest.  The bread turned out AMAZING!
