My friend is staying with a chef and the chef needed to make some sushi that she was selling. She made some extra so we could try it. It was delicious. It was the first time EVER that I had sushi with mango in it. It was quite a nice surprise and it worked quite well with the roll. We stuffed ourselves with sushi thinking that was dinner. Once we finished the chef said there was another dish for dinner. A delicious pot roast. Thank you sooooo very much for cooking. Can´t wait to try some more dishes!!! And also to teach you how to make pineapple zucchini bread! See you on Sunday!!
