Iceland Day 1

My visit to Iceland was monumental for me because it was my 100th country!!!  I wanted to go somewhere cool for my 100, so I decided I should go to Iceland.  I wanted to go last year, but it didn't work out.  This year I did a lot of research and found the cheapest for me to travel to Iceland was from Budapest.  I was able to get a ticket for 100 euros r/t.   Flying there I was really lucky and was able to have 3 seats all to myself, so I was able to have a nice sleep before arriving.  At the car rental there were lots of issues because Economy Bookings told me that I could use a debit card for my car rental, but when I arrived to the rental car place in Iceland, they told me I couldn't rent the car with a debit card.  The only way they would rent me the car was to charge me for a lot of extras.  I paid more than double the amount I expected to pay.  I just wanted to get on the road, so I paid the difference and was on my way.  I traveled with two others so that helped with some of the cost of the car, but I still paid a LOT more then the others.   We got to check out a couple waterfalls on the first day.  The views were amazing, but it rained pretty much all day.  Then we ended the day with cooking out of the back of the car and sleeping it in.  I was exhausted from all the driving, but sleeping in the car that first night was a bit difficult with how cold it was.
